About the role
Provide virtual group facilitation for substance use treatment in an Intensive Outpatient Program. Deliver structured education, relapse prevention, and person-centered interventions.
What you’ll do
• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessions. • Support treatment goals and recovery-oriented skills. • Maintain group safety and engagement virtually. • Monitor participation and report clinical concerns. • Complete documentation and participate in team meetings.
What you’ll bring
• Active CSAC or CSAC supervisee registration in Virginia. • Minimum one year substance use or mental health service experience. • Knowledge of ASAM criteria and relapse-prevention. • Ability to facilitate virtual therapeutic groups. • Reliable internet and private workspace for telehealth.

Flexible scheduling with evening sessions three days per week. Compensation at $150 per group session facilitated.
