About the role
Lead the sales team to achieve business goals for CFD trading in Indonesia. Develop market entry strategies and manage key client relationships.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies. • Identify and manage local and regional partners. • Build and lead a business development team. • Develop and implement sales strategies. • Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field. • 5+ years in sales leadership in financial services or fintech. • Strong understanding of Indonesian financial markets. • Experience with MetaTrader 4/5 preferred. • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
