About the role
Oversee a designated kitchen section, ensure food quality, and support daily kitchen operations. Guide junior kitchen staff and work closely with the Sous Chef.
What you’ll do
• Maintain high food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. • Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste. • Assist Sous Chef with kitchen coordination. • Oversee preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
What you’ll bring
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays. • Minimum 3 years professional kitchen experience. • Strong cooking skills and food safety knowledge. • Ability to lead junior staff and work under pressure. • Relevant culinary training or equivalent experience.
