About the role
Lead compliance and regulatory management to ensure ethical conduct and regulatory adherence. Advise executive management and Board on compliance risks and frameworks.
What you’ll do
• Oversee compliance reporting and assurance. • Chair Risk & Compliance and Audit Committee meetings. • Develop and maintain compliance framework and policies. • Maintain relationships with regulators and auditors. • Coordinate AML, fraud detection, and KYC procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Professional certification in compliance or risk management. • Minimum 8 years compliance or risk experience. • At least 4 years in managerial role. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance tools.
