About the role
Lead the organization's cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital asset, and Web3 strategy. Oversee crypto products, compliance, risk management, and innovation initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute crypto and digital asset strategy. • Oversee cryptocurrency treasury and digital asset portfolios. • Lead development of crypto-enabled products and services. • Ensure compliance with crypto regulations and governance. • Build and lead high-performing crypto and blockchain teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred. • 10+ years leadership in fintech, blockchain, or crypto. • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain. • Experience with regulatory compliance and digital assets. • Technical knowledge of blockchain, wallets, DeFi, AML/KYC.
