About the role
Lead finance and operations functions including financial reporting, cash management, audits, client implementations, and team leadership. Drive capital raising and ensure compliance across multi-entity operations.
What you’ll do
• Produce monthly management accounts and consolidated group view. • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and payment controls. • Lead client implementations end to end. • Oversee fund accounting and legal financing coordination. • Lead accounting and delivery teams, report weekly to CEO.
What you’ll bring
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA). • 12+ years finance experience, 5+ leading finance in fintech or financial services. • Experience in capital raising and investor relations. • Multi-entity and cross-border experience (Nigeria and USA). • Strong project and people management skills.
