About the role
Provide strategic financial leadership and oversee financial operations for an engineering and construction company. Manage financial planning, compliance, project cost control, and team leadership to support growth and profitability.
What you’ll do
• Establish cost control measures and monitor project expenditure. • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial reporting standards. • Manage banking, treasury, and funding requirements. • Lead audits and implement recommendations. • Develop financial policies and risk management systems.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. • Membership of ICAN or ACCA required. • Minimum 10 years finance experience, 5 in senior role. • Experience in engineering or construction finance preferred. • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
