About the role
Responsible for safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of plant mechanical equipment to ensure maximum production quality and quantity. Supports company policies, goals, and objectives.
What you’ll do
• Control and monitor plant performance using standard tools. • Optimize production process and equipment per improvement plans. • Monitor production costs, volumes, and equipment utilization. • Implement strategies for quality products and plant efficiency. • Develop and enforce production, quality, and safety policies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline. • MBA or professional qualification required. • 25 years experience in cement equipment maintenance. • 5 years senior management experience. • Strong knowledge of cement production and industry.
