What you’ll do
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients. • Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently. • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. • Prepare ingredients, sauces, and seasonings daily. • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years experience as Chinese Chef. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques. • Understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation. • Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
