About the role
Represent clients in complex civil litigation involving Tribal sovereignty and Indigenous legal interests. Draft motions, conduct research, manage discovery, and collaborate with attorneys remotely.

• Represent clients in Tribal sovereignty and treaty rights cases. • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs. • Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies. • Manage discovery and case preparation. • Collaborate with attorneys on high-stakes disputes.
What you’ll bring
• Juris Doctor and active U.S. state bar admission. • 2+ years civil litigation experience or judicial clerkship. • Strong motion drafting and legal research skills. • Ability to work independently in remote setting. • Must reside in Washington or Oregon.
