About the role
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, families, providers, and community partners using the Employee Assistance Program. Deliver compassionate, professional service and connect individuals with needed resources.
What you’ll do
• Manage high volume of inbound calls and service requests. • Provide exceptional customer support to EAP clients and providers. • Assess situations and determine appropriate referrals. • Maintain accurate client records and documentation. • De-escalate client and provider concerns professionally.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
