Client Finance Analyst

About the role
The Client Finance Analyst I assists in financial management, reporting, and month end close duties for client portfolios. This role supports project accounting and client invoicing activities.
What you’ll do
• Assist monthly project accounting and updates. • Setup new projects in time & expense systems. • Prepare client invoicing and follow up on payments. • Track project costs and update financial trackers. • Assist with general ledger reconciliations and audits.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business. • 0-2 years relevant accounting/finance experience. • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Excellent client service and communication skills. • Deadline-oriented with strong organizational skills.
