What you’ll do
• Assist clients on inquiries via live chat or email. • Ensure efficient and excellent customer service experience. • Manage and follow up on client inquiries and complaints. • Understand customer needs and provide feedback to management. • Flag discrepancies or risks to management promptly.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor degree in finance, economics, mathematics or related. • Minimum diploma in business administration or management. • 2-4 years customer service experience, live chat and email preferred. • Proficient in English and Czech communication and writing. • Able to work 5 days shift including weekends and public holidays.
