About the role
Support and mediate customer disputes in the P2P market focusing on risk mitigation and fraud prevention. Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure excellent customer service and operational smoothness.
What you’ll do
• Support and mediate customer disputes in P2P market. • Investigate and analyze transactions for suspicious behavior. • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams. • Manage customer inquiries and complaints. • Identify and flag operational discrepancies and risks.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years in customer service or risk management. • Experience in Risk Control or Fraud Prevention preferred. • Knowledge of financial institutions or fintech dispute resolution. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Able to work 5 days shifts including weekends and holidays.
