About the role
Manage merchant relationships to maximize payment recovery and revenue growth. Act as a strategic advisor and partner to clients.
What you’ll do
• Own relationships with mid-market and enterprise merchants. • Set and clarify expectations before launch. • Manage post-launch performance and data analysis. • Forecast volume and lead growth conversations. • Run business reviews and coach clients.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in client success or account management. • Strong understanding of payments and fintech. • Experience forecasting client volume or revenue. • Proven track record of closing expansion deals. • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.
