About the role
Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health care. Support clients through needs assessments, risk triage, and connecting to care.
What you’ll do
• Conduct needs assessments and educate clients on services. • Prioritize client safety and escalate concerns. • Manage high volume inbound calls, emails, and chats. • Demonstrate strong time management and flexibility. • Work well in a structured team environment.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 1 year customer support experience. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or chat tools. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays. • Ability to handle multiple communication channels.
