Clinical Operations Lead

About the role
Provide clinical operations oversight for projects ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations. Support site start-up, recruitment strategies, monitoring, and overall project delivery.
What you’ll do
• Oversee regional CRAs and investigator sites for compliance. • Conduct co-monitoring and CRA assessment visits. • Monitor site and country performance and communicate progress. • Support site start-up, feasibility, and vendor management. • Provide training and mentoring to CRAs and participate in meetings.
What you’ll bring
• 4–6 years clinical research experience, 7–9 preferred. • Minimum 3 years CRA experience. • Post-secondary certificate/diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred. • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, local regulations, IRB/EC requirements. • Experience with EDC systems and clinical research documentation.
