About the role
Provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions to patients in Connecticut. Support resident clinicians and maintain a clinical caseload.
What you’ll do
• Supervise minimum six resident clinicians weekly. • Provide individual supervision every 10 clinical hours. • Maintain clinical caseload with 10+ hours weekly. • Oversee documentation and coaching. • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance.
What you’ll bring
• Licensed LPC or LCSW in Connecticut. • Willing to provide supervision and clinical care. • Available consistently to clients. • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools. • Good team player and clinical community contributor.
