• Review transcripts for clinical quality and safety. • Identify and flag clinical risk and safety concerns. • Assess clinical appropriateness and empathy. • Document clear, structured feedback. • No direct patient contact, flag concerns to clinicians.
What you’ll bring
• Active unrestricted US clinical license. • US-based clinician. • Strong clinical judgment and mental health care experience. • Experience assessing clinical risk and safety. • Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
