About the role
Support clinical studies with administrative and regulatory tasks ensuring compliance and smooth operations. Communicate with investigators and assist in data monitoring and site onboarding.
What you’ll do
• Provide administrative support for clinical trial operations. • Manage documentation to meet regulatory standards. • Assist with IRB document preparation and submission. • Monitor study protocol adherence and compliance. • Coordinate site communications and track trial progress.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2+ years at Sponsor or CRO level, or 5 years at SMO/site level. • Experience with medical device clinical studies preferred. • Familiarity with GCP, FDA, and clinical development standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills.
