About the role
Make high-volume cold calls to US business owners to book qualified sales meetings. Manage pipeline and follow-up communications using CRM tools.
What you’ll do
• Execute high-volume outbound cold calls using power dialer. • Deliver pitches and handle objections confidently. • Update lead statuses and meeting notes in Zoho CRM. • Trigger automated follow-up SMS and email sequences. • Meet daily and weekly call and appointment quotas.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience. • Exceptional spoken and written English with neutral accent. • Experience with CRMs and VoIP power dialers. • High emotional intelligence and resilience. • Willing to work strict US business hours.
