About the role
The Collection Specialist contacts customers to recover outstanding debts and negotiates repayment plans. They maintain accurate records and meet collection targets.
What you’ll do
• Contact customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails. • Follow up to secure payment commitments. • Negotiate settlements and repayment arrangements. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments. • Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts.
What you’ll bring
• HND in finance, business administration, economics or related field. • 1–3 years experience in debt collection or financial services. • Must have completed NYSC. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
