About the role
Seeking a skilled individual experienced in construction cost management, procurement, contract administration, estimating, planning, negotiating, and project budgeting.
What you’ll do
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets. • Tender reporting and analysis. • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering. • Manage contractual documents and negotiations. • Monitor project progress and ensure cost control.
What you’ll bring
• BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Economics or related fields. • 2 to 5 years relevant experience in facility management. • Proficiency in Cost Estimation Software, MS Office Suite and MS Project. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
