About the role

What you’ll do
• Handle commercial property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and finance. • Advise clients on development projects and corporate property matters. • Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and agreements. • Conduct due diligence including title investigations and planning consents. • Manage sales, purchases, and leases ensuring timely completion.
What you’ll bring
• Qualified Solicitor with PQE in commercial property law. • Experience in landlord and tenant, acquisitions, and disposals. • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently and deliver excellent client service.
