About the role
Oversee a designated kitchen section ensuring food quality and smooth daily operations. Support junior staff and work closely with the Sous Chef.
What you’ll do
• Oversee preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. • Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service. • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff. • Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness. • Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
What you’ll bring
• Relevant culinary training or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years in professional kitchen. • Strong cooking and food safety knowledge. • Ability to lead junior staff and work under pressure. • Good organisational and time management skills.
