About the role
Lead and supervise shift-based field activities during commissioning and start-up of the project. Ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of commissioning plans and operational safety standards.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement commissioning, start-up and shutdown plans. • Lead operators ensuring HSSE compliance and project schedules. • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to shift personnel. • Update operational and commissioning procedures. • Supervise contractors during plant completion and testing.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in plant commissioning and start-up activities. • Knowledge of Management of Change and process safety management. • Experience in EPC project environments desirable. • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 10 years in oil and gas operations with 6 years supervisory experience.
