About the role
The Community Liaison Focal Person acts as the trusted link between the project team and community members in assigned LGAs. They facilitate communication, support social cohesion, and oversee day-to-day enterprise facilitation at livelihood facilities.
What you’ll do
• Introduce project to traditional and community leaders. • Mobilise participants for consultations and trainings. • Support social cohesion and peace committees. • Attend facility committee meetings and support elections. • Collect monitoring data and submit reports.
What you’ll bring
• OND, NCE or HND in related field. • 2+ years community mobilisation or development experience. • Experience with community meetings and local dynamics. • Fluent Hausa and Kanuri; good English. • Good communication, organisation and basic IT skills.
