About the role
Manage and grow Boulevard's owned customer community for salon, spa, medspa, and wellness customers. Own reputation on review sites and build influencer partnerships.
What you’ll do
• Research and map where customers are active online. • Propose community strategy and platform roadmap. • Launch and run community platform including moderation. • Monitor and respond to reviews on G2, Capterra, Trustpilot. • Partner with teams to close feedback loops.
What you’ll bring
• 5-7 years in strategy and execution-heavy community roles. • Experience building community strategy from scratch. • Manage brand presence on review sites. • Build moderation and escalation workflows. • Strong written communication and customer empathy.
