About the role
Manage community strategy operations and analytics to support customer success and sales teams. Drive engagement, retention, and adoption through data and process standardization.
What you’ll do
• Support escalation reviews and build engagement plans. • Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams. • Drive retention across customer accounts. • Maintain SOPs and track escalation actions. • Report metrics and manage customer surveys.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in customer success or related roles. • Experience with government or community organizations. • Strong relationship-building skills. • Analytical and operational expertise. • Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred.
