About the role
The Compensation Analyst supports design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to align with business strategies. This is a 6-month contract role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Compensation.
What you’ll do
• Perform job evaluations and compensation benchmarking. • Analyze job duties for grading and market value. • Advise management on compensation programs. • Implement process efficiencies. • Maintain HR data tools and job description library.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree. • 4-6 years related experience. • Knowledge of compensation principles. • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills. • Effective oral and written communication.
