About the role
Support adherence to UK regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Manage complaints and data requests accurately and fairly.
What you’ll do
• Manage UK complaints from intake to resolution. • Respond to GDPR DSARs and DPA requests. • Monitor sanctions screening alerts for payments. • Prepare compliance reports and track trends. • Support audits and regulatory enquiries.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years compliance or claims experience in UK financial services. • Strong knowledge of UK complaints and FCA rules. • Experience with GDPR, DSARs, and DPA requests. • Empathy for vulnerable customers and FCA Consumer Duty awareness. • Strong communication and organisational skills.
