About the role
Manage compliance obligations, data protection programs, and certification processes across multiple regulatory frameworks. Ensure adherence to data residency rules and lead integrated management system audits and certifications.
What you’ll do
• Own obligations register and compliance calendar. • Run data protection programme with DPO. • Manage regulatory incident clocks and playbook. • Plan and evidence data residency compliance. • Lead integrated management system audits and certifications.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in compliance or data protection roles. • Deep knowledge of NDPA 2023 and GAID 2025. • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor or Implementer. • Experience with ISO 9001, 22301 or 20000-1. • NDPC-recognised DPO credential or legal training advantage.
