About the role
Support Sezzle’s Compliance Team with regulatory oversight, advisory, and documentation. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and support policy development.
What you’ll do
• Provide compliance advisory on consumer finance and payments. • Support compliance operations and advisory workflows. • Perform oversight reviews of complaint handling. • Maintain issue/action logs and validate remediation plans. • Conduct compliance reviews of marketing and customer communications.
What you’ll bring
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. • Experience in compliance operations or risk management. • Strong written communication and documentation skills. • Project management and organizational skills. • BS/BA degree and 1 year experience in regulated environment preferred.
