About the role
Lead day-to-day execution of healthcare compliance program supporting value-based primary care and Medicare Advantage. Maintain policies, training, screening, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
What you’ll do
• Maintain compliance policy library and state-specific requirements. • Track Code of Conduct attestations. • Serve as operational compliance contact and maintain work plans. • Deliver compliance and fraud training and track completion. • Administer compliance hotline and triage concerns.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Healthcare compliance experience with Medicare or government payors. • Knowledge of federal fraud and abuse laws. • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security. • Preferred: experience with value-based Medicare Advantage or Medicaid.
