About the role
Ensure the bank's operations comply with banking laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Monitor compliance activities and support internal audits to manage regulatory risks.
What you’ll do
• Monitor compliance with laws, CBN regulations, and policies. • Develop and implement compliance policies and controls. • Ensure adherence to AML, CTF, and KYC requirements. • Conduct compliance reviews and identify risks. • Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field. • 3-5 years experience in banking compliance. • Knowledge of CBN regulations and microfinance compliance. • Understanding of AML/CTF and KYC procedures. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
