About the role
Provide personalised assistance to high-profile guests at a private airport terminal and lounge. Ensure a smooth, seamless, and professionally managed guest experience from arrival to boarding.
What you’ll do
• Handle sensitive information with discretion. • Welcome and attend to VIPs and dignitaries. • Coordinate with airline, airport, security, and transport teams. • Assist with check-in, boarding, lounge access, and luggage. • Resolve issues calmly and anticipate guest needs.
What you’ll bring
• Highly discreet and trustworthy. • Warm, confident, and service-oriented. • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. • Experience in concierge or luxury hospitality. • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
