About the role
Lead implementation of security policies to protect personnel, assets, and reputation. Oversee security risk management and support health, safety, security, and facilities policies.
What you’ll do
• Identify and mitigate security risks across operations. • Lead incident and crisis management including evacuations. • Provide security training and conduct simulation exercises. • Develop and maintain security networks with public and private sectors. • Ensure timely incident reporting and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in security management. • 10 years security management experience including 3 in region. • Strong crisis management and security planning skills. • Ability to travel frequently and respond to emergencies. • Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity.
