About the role
Provide professional cost and contract management expertise across engineering and construction projects. Lead cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, budgeting, and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Lead cost planning, estimation, and control for projects. • Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents. • Manage tendering and contract administration. • Lead value engineering for cost savings. • Track project progress and financial reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. • Registered Quantity Surveyor (NIQS, RQS) required. • Minimum 15 years experience in cost consultancy. • Proficient in QS software and contract forms. • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
