About the role
Direct potential student enrollments to the appropriate place and work closely with your supervisor. Serve as the first level within the Enrollment Services functional area.
What you’ll do
• Qualify and transfer calls to Admissions Consultant. • Generate excitement and build rapport with potential students. • Use auto-dialing system to track and report calls. • Help others achieve their education goals. • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred. • Call center experience preferred but not required. • Excellent attendance and communication skills. • Strong customer service and organizational skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
