About the role

What you’ll do
• Analyse and evaluate existing business processes. • Manage portfolio of best practice avenues and benchmarking. • Drive line efficiency with maintenance and production teams. • Prepare monthly reports aligned to scorecard. • Build manufacturing team capabilities and manage projects.
What you’ll bring
• 8-10 years in continuous improvement or manufacturing excellence. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering or related field. • Strong management skills supervising multiple teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
