About the role
Drive manufacturing process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and value. Lead initiatives aligned with business manufacturing strategy.
What you’ll do
• Analyse and evaluate existing business processes. • Drive efficiency with maintenance and production teams. • Lead process improvement project teams. • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other methods. • Prepare monthly performance reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s or Higher National Diploma in Engineering. • 8-10 years experience in continuous improvement. • Knowledge of health and safety regulations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong management and supervisory skills.
