About the role
Own complex billing and contract cases for Mid-Market and Commercial accounts. Act as a detective, project manager, and customer advocate to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
What you’ll do
• Own complex billing and contract cases from report to fix. • Reconstruct billing error stories across systems and teams. • Choose correct path to fix billing issues. • Drive cross-functional teams to execute fixes. • Evaluate and prepare concession requests.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in billing, order to cash, or similar roles. • Strong investigative and financial judgment skills. • Customer-facing communication skills. • Experience driving results across teams. • Familiarity with contracts and billing processes.
