About the role
Join Amplify as a Contract Recruiter to manage full recruitment life cycle and source diverse talent. Serve as a talent advisor and partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
What you’ll do
• Own full recruitment life cycle including sourcing and offer management. • Develop creative sourcing strategies for diverse roles. • Act as strategic talent consultant to hiring managers. • Deliver exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication. • Maintain recruitment process accuracy and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years full life cycle recruiting experience. • Experience with Ashby ATS and Workday HRIS. • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Suite. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
