About the role
The Contracts Manager oversees the full lifecycle of contracts including drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewals. This role acts as a liaison between internal teams and external parties to mitigate risk and ensure obligations are met.
What you’ll do
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts. • Identify and mitigate legal or financial risks. • Manage contract renewals and amendments. • Maintain organized contract records. • Communicate contract status to senior management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 10+ years in contract administration. • Strong legal drafting and interpretation skills. • Proficient with CLM software and MS Office. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
