About the role
The Contracts Specialist manages contract review, risk screening, and maintains the contracts database. They ensure contracts are clear, compliant, and support internal teams confidently.
What you’ll do
• Review contracts, amendments, and RFPs from Sales and internal teams. • Identify and recommend responses to contract risks. • Maintain and update the central Contracts Database. • Own contract templates and manage change requests. • Coordinate insurance requirements and certificate of insurance requests.
What you’ll bring
• Experience reviewing professional services agreements. • Knowledge of risk terms like indemnification and SLAs. • Experience maintaining contract repositories or trackers. • Ability to manage template changes across teams. • Comfort working with legal counsel and various software tools.
