Control Room Operator

About the role
Monitor and control production processes from the control room to maintain safe, stable operations. Respond promptly to alarms and changing process conditions.
What you’ll do
• Monitor production equipment and process conditions. • Track pressures, temperatures, flow rates, alarms, equipment status. • Adjust process settings within approved limits. • Communicate instructions and updates to field operators. • Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions following procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Technical certificate or degree in Process Operations or Engineering. • Experience in oil and gas production or process operations. • Familiarity with control systems and process monitoring. • Strong communication and record-keeping skills. • Ability to work shifts and travel offshore as required.
