About the role
You'll run Airtm's operating engine ensuring organizational accountability and cross-functional execution. You will make sure all teams deliver on objectives and execute the CEO's vision so money moves reliably across 40+ markets.
What you’ll do
• Manage company-wide goals and OKR cycles. • Ensure cross-functional execution between teams. • Oversee payments operations and incident response. • Run risk and compliance operations at speed. • Manage customer and enterprise operations and onboarding.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in operations leadership, 5+ in fintech or crypto. • Experience in emerging markets, LATAM preferred. • Fluent in compliance realities of money movement. • Scaled operations through significant volume growth. • Fluent in Spanish and English.
