• Prepare and cook Nigerian local and continental dishes. • Ensure meals are well-prepared and attractively presented. • Maintain food taste, quality, and portion consistency. • Monitor food stock and ingredient quality. • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Cook. • Good knowledge of Nigerian and continental cuisine. • Ability to prepare various meals and sauces. • Understanding of food hygiene and storage. • Ability to work under pressure and manage orders.
