About the role
Prepare quality meals for guests at a serviced apartment with diverse cuisine expertise. Ensure food presentation, hygiene, and stock management are maintained.
What you’ll do
• Prepare Nigerian, continental, Caribbean, and international dishes. • Prepare breakfast, snacks, pastries, desserts, grills, and light meals. • Maintain food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation. • Contribute to menu development and recipe improvement. • Plan ingredient requirements and prepare shopping lists within budgets.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years cooking experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering. • Knowledge of Nigerian/African and international cuisine. • Pastry and baking skills advantageous. • Culinary training or food-hygiene certification preferred. • Strong time-management and organisational skills.
