About the role
Provide timely and courteous technical support to Resolution Center customers for computer systems and approved applications. Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues clearly and concisely.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support to Support Center customers. • Diagnose and resolve problems using remote diagnostics. • Escalate unresolved calls to second level support. • Coordinate software updates from Beta Test to implementation. • Record communications and assist in training users.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Able to troubleshoot software/hardware issues by phone. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Pleasant phone manners and customer service orientation. • High School required; College preferred.
